Server admin for your whole team, in the browser

HCIA.io connects to your game servers over RCON. Your admins see who is on, message, kick and ban players, and keep bans in step on every server and game. Every action is logged with who did it. There is nothing to install on your servers.

What it does

Everything your admins do, in one place

All of this works today. Where a game can’t do something, the table further down says so.

Bans across servers and games

  • Ban on one server, on every server of a game, or everywhere at once.
  • Timed bans end on time on every server, even on games that only ban by the hour.
  • Where a game can’t ban someone who is offline, the ban is applied when they next join.
  • Lift a ban once and it is lifted everywhere.

Players and moderation

  • See who is on each server, live.
  • Message, kick, ban or punish a player in a couple of clicks, as each game allows.
  • Reasons and messages come from templates you write once.
  • A watchlist alerts you when someone you are watching joins.

One profile per player

  • Every name, server and game a person has played on, merged by SteamID.
  • Their bans, notes, chat, kills and match results on one page.
  • VAC and game bans from Steam, shown next to your own.

Hell Let Loose automation

  • Automods that warn first, then act; chat commands; map votes.
  • VIPs, and seeding rewards that hand them out by themselves.
  • A kill-rate monitor that flags (or kicks) players killing far faster than normal.
  • Competitive sessions with rules, a live scoreboard and a radar.

Logs and statistics

  • A server log of chat, joins, kills, kicks and bans, and an activity log of what every admin did.
  • Players over time, busiest hours, who plays most.
  • Public statistics pages for your players, if you want them.
  • Webhooks to Discord or anything else: bans, kicks, chat, kills, match results.

Your team

  • Invite admins with a link. Groups decide what each one may do, and on which games or servers.
  • Two-factor sign-in. RCON passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • Run more than one community from one account; each one’s data is kept apart.

What each game supports

  • Miss a payment and the extra servers keep running for 7 days, then pause until it’s paid. Nothing is deleted.

Questions

Straight answers

Do we install anything on our servers?
No. HCIA.io uses the RCON port and password your server already has. On Arma, turn on BattlEye RCon. For the WARDOGS kill feed, you point the server at HCIA.io.
What doesn’t it do?
It doesn’t host game servers: bring your own. It can only do what each game’s remote control allows (see the table). And it isn’t anti-cheat: the kill-rate monitor flags unusual kill rates, it doesn’t detect cheats.
What can our players see?
Nothing, unless you turn on public statistics: then anyone can see your servers, leaderboards and players’ playtime and kills. Notes, bans and what moderators did are never public.
Who can see our data?
Your community’s members, as far as their groups allow. Other communities can’t. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your free server keeps running. Extra servers pause after the grace days: HCIA.io keeps them and everything recorded, and picks up where it left off when they’re paid for again.
Is it made by the game developers?
No. HCIA.io is independent, and not endorsed by the developers or publishers of these games, or by Valve.
